Ordering - Shipping Information

Most items are shipped by UPS/FEDEX ground service. We can supply you with a tracking number once we ship your items so you can track them.

Expedited freight options are also available. Please call us at 858-909-2140 or email us at: support@carcover-depot.com for a specific rush shipping quote.

You will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation soon after placing your order with us. Please read it carefully for any mistakes, including the ship-to address. It is of utmost importance to have everything correct when dealing with custom made items. If errors are found, call us immediately at 858-909-2140. We must hear from you within 24 hours of order placement to make any change to your custom order.

In Stock Items

Usually ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom Made Items

Normal lead time for custom car covers, front end masks, and front windshield heat shields is 1-2 weeks. Normal lead time for seat savers is 3-4 weeks. Priority Service is available on most Custom-Fit covers, which would expedite your order to 3-4 business days to be made, for an additional charge. Please call us at 858-909-2140 for specific details on rush orders.

International Orders

Please note: Orders shipped outside the Continental US will have additional shipping charges. This charge will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. Duties and Taxes

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

Orders over $300.00 going outside of North America may be required to send verification of identity including a copy of a government issued identification card and copies of both sides of the credit card being used for the order, prior to any processing.
