Obtain an RGA Number

To return an item, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required. Call us at 858-909-2140 to obtain this number before shipping your item back. Any product returned without this number will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Send back your Item

Send back your return via the Post Office, UPS or other service with a copy of the original order. All new resaleable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. See your TCP Global / CarCover-Depot Invoice for more information regarding returns policy. To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy of your original order that cane with the merchandise and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape, not string.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 858-909-2140 for return instructions. All returns, except for warranty issues, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged. Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to customer order mistakes. Double check your vehicle selection and order carefully; if you order the wrong custom cover, it is not returnable.

• Products with add-on logo

NO returns on products shipped outside the United States. All International Sales are Final.
